Mitchell Public Library Meeting Space Use Application

  1. Mitchell Public Library meeting rooms may be scheduled up to 3 months in advance. Use of the meeting rooms does not constitute Library or City of Mitchell endorsement of a viewpoint expressed by a group or by a participant in a meeting or activity. For-profit groups are charged $25 per hour for room use. This payment is due at the time applications are submitted.

  4. Clean-up/Damage is the organization’s responsibility. Groups will be billed the cost of damage repair.

    The Library assumes no responsibility for preservation, protection, or possible theft of any property of the organization or person using the Library meeting room.
