Sealed bids from Pre-qualified Bidders* for the Mitchell Recreation Center Indoor Aquatics will be received by the City of Mitchell Attention Finance Officer at City Hall, 612 N Main Street, Mitchell, South Dakota 57301 until 3:30 PM CDT, on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud, and tabulated by the Architect. Bids will be presented to the City Council at the next meeting of the Board.

*Please Note: Interested bidders must submit the Pre-Qualification Form, No later than 5:00pm Thursday, December 15, 2016. This form is located in the Project Manual; Section 002113.
Each bid must contain a Certified Check or a Cashier’s Check equal to 5% of the total bid or in lieu of a check, a 10% bid bond as outlined in the bid documents.
All bids and contracts shall be made in accordance with, and subject to SDCL 5-18A, 5-21, 5-22 and the provisions set forth in these specifications.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities.
