The City of Mitchell will be providing a special leaf collection beginning October 19th, 2020 running through November 20th, 2020. (Weather permitting) Leaves will be collected curbside on the same day as your garbage collection. All leaves must be placed in compostable yard waste bags or in a green waste cart.
