Adult Winter Reading Bingo funding request (Action Item)

Zack North is planning to get the New Year started with a reading challenge. For this Winter Reading Challenge proposal he is requesting funding of $150. The money will cover the purchase of prizes from local businesses. We want to support local businesses to help them during these trying times. Completing and submitting a bingo card earns one entry for a drawing after March 20th.
