Variance: John & Lisa Mentele-1206 W Hanson Ave

John & Lisa Mentele have applied for a front-yard variance of 21 feet vs 25 feet as required for construction of a house addition at 1206 W Hanson Ave, legally described as Lot 9 of Western Heights Addition in the W 1/2 of Section 21, T 103 N, R 60 W of the 5th P.M., City of Mitchell, Davison County, South Dakota.  The said real property is zoned R3 Medium Density Residential District.

Variance: Faith Missionary Church-1025 E 6th Ave

Faith Missionary Church has applied for a variance of the following:

1.  West side yard setback of 0’ vs 3’ on Lot 3 & E 33’ of Lot 4 in Block 3 of Gleesons Addition.

2.  East side yard setback of 0’ vs 3’ on Lot 4 except the E 33’ & Lot 5 in Block 3 of Gleesons Addition.

3.  Rear yard setback of 20’ vs 25’ on both above parcels.

MADC and John Adamo are proposing to remodel 223 N Main St, the building formally known as the Crafty Fox.  The property is currently zoned Central Business.

Cat's Meow is proposing to add an addition onto their business located at 701 S Sanborn Blvd.  The property is currently zoned Highway Business.
