Brenda Ziegler has applied for a conditional use permit to operate lodging house at the property located at 520 E 6th Ave, legally described as Lot 12 & E 45’ of Lot 11, Block 15, Burr’s Addition,  City of Mitchell, Davison County, South Dakota. The property is zoned R2 Single Family Residential District.
