Office hours are from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. All rides must be scheduled before 4:00 p.m. the day before or on the Friday before if requesting a Sunday and/or Monday ride.
Information Needed
Please be sure to have all necessary information when you are ready to schedule a ride:
- Additional stops (if any)
- Appointment time and date
- Date of birth (new passengers only)
- Drop off location
- Passengers name
- Pick up address
- Return time
- Special mobility needs (walker, wheelchair, etc.)
Palace Transit does not have an after-hours answering machine. Please let us know as far in advance as possible if you need to cancel a ride or the passenger will be charge a “no show” fee.
