Roger & Tami Hartley have applied for an oversize variance of 2,448 square feet vs 2,000 square feet to construct an accessory garage at 504 W 13th Ave, legally described as Lot 11, Block 18, Capital Addition, City of Mitchell, Davison County, South Dakota. The property is zoned R2 Single Family Residential District.
