Northwood League Proposal (Collegiate Baseball-Glen Showalter

Explanation: They are seeking the privilege of playing up to 40 Northwoods Leagues games (36 regular season and up to four possible playoff games) during the 2018 season at Drake Field. The League is also requesting exclusive concession rights for all events at Drake Field and certain advertising rights (signage) within the confines for Drake Field.

Swimming Advisory Standards

Explanation: Swimming Policy for Addressing Harmful Algal Blooms in Lake Mitchell for the purpose of protecting the public's health and safety. Harmful Algal Blooms (HAB) present unique difficulties in health risk assessment determination. This policy considers health and environmental risks as well as the economic impact on Lake Mitchell. The basis for this policy is the epidemiologic, scientific and medical research conducted by the EPA and World Health Organization (WHO).
